Job summary

Middleton Place in Ladson, South Carolina, is looking for a Talent Director to oversee recruiting, onboarding, and training for the restaurant. The role involves leading interviews, managing HR payroll, and ensuring new hires are well equipped for their positions.

Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, outstanding communication skills, and be available Monday through Saturday for up to 45 hours a week. A positive attitude and prior Chick-fil-A experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Exhibit the Core 4 with the Guest and team.
• Open availability, Monday - Saturday.
• Available to work up to 45 hours per week.
• Prior Chick-fil-A experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Team Member and Delivery Driver interviews.
• Send new hires offer letters and new hire paperwork.
• Track all employee truancies and attendance documentation.
• Input pay raises and pay deductions for team members.
