You will oversee succession planning, successor development, and alignment of careers, performance, and development practices for staff. You will guide a team of experts delivering practical solutions that strengthen leader readiness, working with HR partners and senior leaders to align talent strategies with long-term

Competenze

• 10+ years in talent development, succession or HR leadership.
• Experience designing and leading focus groups with culture-aligned recommendations.
• Proven success in building high-performing teams.
• Executive coaching and mentoring frameworks experience.
• Ability to calibrate talent decisions and strengthen leadership bench.
• Strong executive presence with cross-stakeholder influence.
• Experience designing org-wide programs and initiatives.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
