• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
• Hires, trains, mentors, assigns duties and provides recognition to associates.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and ethics; supports Open Door Policy.
• Builds high-performing teams and promotes a culture of belonging.
• Drives staffing plans and supports company growth with a focus on customer service and results.
