• For facilities that sell firearms, this role may require a firearms-specific background check and training.
• Associates must attend and successfully complete all required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee job-related activities by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
• Support staffing plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs and promote continuous learning.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, and recognizing contributions.
