• Prepare program materials, registrations, attendance, and completion records.
• Provide facilitator and participant support before, during, and after learning programs.
• Assist with implementation and continuous improvement of talent development programs and learner experience.
• Support communication efforts to promote available learning programs and resources.
• Provide exceptional client service to employees, leaders, facilitators, and business partners.
• Assist with additional Talent Development and HR projects as assigned.
• Support administration of LMS and learning technologies, including reports and troubleshooting.
