Job summary

The Kendal Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition and Development Manager to lead recruitment, onboarding and development initiatives across Kendal affiliates. You will partner with HR to attract, engage and retain top talent while aligning with Kendal’s mission and policies.

You will drive recruitment strategies, onboarding, learning programs, and DEIB integration; oversee executive searches and compensation analyses to support workforce planning and leadership transitions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full‑cycle recruitment for TKC talent acquisition needs, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and enhance recruitment strategies, sourcing methods, and processes to attract high‑quality talent.
• Partner with TKC Marketing and PR to strengthen employer brand through recruitment marketing.
• Embed DEIB principles throughout talent acquisition activities and build an inclusive workplace.
• Oversee onboarding and orientation programs for new employees and coordinate offboarding.
• Maintain recruiting resources, posting platforms, and candidate pipelines; monitor trends for improvements.
• Lead salary benchmarking and compensation analyses to support talent planning.
• Manage executive search initiatives for Exec Director, CEO and senior leaders across Kendal affiliates.
