Job summary

Select Sires, Inc. is seeking a Talent Development Specialist to support employee growth, learning, and organizational development initiatives across the company.

This role serves as a key resource within the Talent Development team, helping employees build the knowledge, skills, and capabilities needed to succeed while supporting onboarding, learning technology administration, employee development programs, and organizational learning experiences.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business software.

Responsibilities

• LMS administration for Select University and related learning technologies.
• Coordinate logistics for employee development programs and training activities.
• Manage course assignments, enrollments, curricula, certifications, and records.
• Coordinate onboarding, internships, and related communications.
• Maintain learning metrics, reporting, and process improvements.
