Job summary

Mortenson is seeking a Talent Development Coordinator to support planning, execution, and administration of talent development programs for both craft and non-craft team members. You will be the first point of contact for participants and provide onboarding and analytics to support Mortenson-wide initiatives.

You will manage logistics for training events, oversee the LMS, and produce detailed reports. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience analyzing data.
• Experience coordinating meetings or training events.
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn complex software quickly.
• Superior attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage program delivery for Mortenson-wide talent development programs.
• Coordinate training events logistics and communication.
• Manage Learning Management System (LMS) and related program administration tasks.
• Act as the primary contact for participants, managers, and instructors or facilitators.
• Provide detailed talent development analytics and reporting.
• Prepare for team member participation in sessions and communications.
• Manage logistics for in-person development sessions.
• Support the training burst process (automated emails).
• Partner with the Talent Development team on special projects.
