This highly visible, hands-on role offers the opportunity to help launch cutting‑edge Talent platforms and programs, experiment with AI‑enabled approaches and influence how employees learn, grow, and build future‑ready capabilities across a 5,000‑person, 6 country organization. As our Talent Management strategy and capabilities continue to evolve, this role also offers opportunity for growth and expanded responsibility.
The ideal candidate is tech‑savvy, brings innovative ideas, strong execution, and dynamic facilitation skills—while thriving in an environment where priorities evolve, collaboration is essential, and no two days look exactly the same. This is a hybrid role, working two days in our Dallas office at 3001 Hackberry Rd. Dallas, TX and three working remotely. This could change based on business needs.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute training and education strategies for major Talent Management implementations, including Workday Career Hub and Workday Learn/Create powered by Sana.
- Own workstreams within Talent Management projects or programs, from strategy, design, execution, delivery, communications, change management, and stakeholder management
- Personally design and develop modern, relevant learning experiences that build priority skills and capabilities by leveraging AI, digital platforms and best-in-class learning resources.
- Facilitate dynamic and engaging virtual and in-person learning experiences across multiple audiences, levels, and topics.
- Build and maintain Talent Management sites, digital resources and supporting content that create a clear and intuitive user experience.
- Partner across project teams, workstreams and functions to align implementation, training, communications and change activities.
- Evaluate impact of Talent Management programs and experiences through participation rates, adoption, and effectiveness

- Relevant Talent Experience: Brings demonstrated experience in Talent Management, Talent Development, Adult Learning, or a closely related field.
- Learning Design and Development: Translates business and capability needs into engaging learning experiences that incorporate education, exposure, and on‑the‑job experience (70‑20‑10 model).
- Dynamic Communication and Facilitation: Brings exceptional written and verbal communication skills and facilitates engaging, highly interactive learning experiences, adapting content, style, and approach for different audiences and situations.
- Program and Project Management: Effectively manages multiple programs, workstreams, deliverables, timelines, and details while maintaining focus on priorities, quality, and measurable outcomes.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Partnership: Builds credibility and strong relationships across project teams, functional experts, HR partners, leaders, employees, and external partners.
