Abt Global is seeking a temporary Talent Management & Learning Coordinator to support Learning & Development, Talent Management, and HR technology initiatives. The role involves designing, delivering, and maintaining training programs and employee resources across organizational learning and professional development.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy, with interest in instructional design, project coordination, and talent development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, Education, Learning & Development, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training programs.
• Create and update training materials, presentations, facilitator guides, participant materials, and job aids.
• Support curriculum development for employee, manager, and leader learning programs.
• Help design learning activities, practice exercises, and learner resources.
• Coordinate training schedules, communications, registration, and logistics.
• Support facilitation of training sessions, office hours, and learner support events.
• Partner with SMEs to gather content and validate training materials.
• Monitor attendance, collect feedback, and support continuous improvement.
