Job summary

Abt Global is seeking a temporary Talent Management & Learning Coordinator to support high-priority Learning & Development, Talent Management, and HR technology initiatives. The role focuses on designing, delivering, and maintaining training programs and resources for organizational learning and workforce development.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and interested in instructional design, project coordination, and talent development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, Education, L&D or related field.
• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
• Familiarity with LMS, talent management or HR systems.
• Experience supporting system implementations or change management.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled productivity tools like Copilot or ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing instructor-led, virtual and self-paced training programs.
• Coordinate training logistics, registrations and communications.
• Support learning & development initiatives tied to enterprise systems.
• Track milestones, deliverables and stakeholder feedback across projects.
• Maintain learning content and knowledge repositories.
• Collect feedback and support continuous improvement of programs.
