Job summary

Aquent Talent in Orlando is seeking a highly motivated learning and development professional to design, implement, and optimize learning strategies in a fast‑paced, creative environment. You will shape learner journeys, leverage AI tools, and partner with business leaders to drive capability development across the enterprise.

Responsibilities cover stakeholder analysis, content design across formats, internal comms, and high‑visibility events. This temporary role offers strong growth and impact.

Qualifications

  • Five years of experience planning and implementing training programs and events.
  • Proven experience presenting to a broad range of levels, from early career talent to executive leadership.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools, MS Teams, and MS Forms.
  • Bachelor's Degree in education or a relevant field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identify current and future learning needs through stakeholder consultation, workforce analysis, benchmarking, and industry research.
  • Design, develop, deploy, and curate engaging learning experiences across formats and platforms, including instructor‑led training, hands‑on learning, and digital content.
  • Leverage cutting‑edge AI and instructional technologies to enhance the learning ecosystem, focusing on workflow automation, learner feedback analysis, skill‑gap identification, content summarization, personalization, and responsible AI adoption.
  • Partner closely with business leaders, stakeholders, and vendors to align learning solutions with strategic workforce priorities, evaluate build/buy strategies, manage vendor relationships, support RFP processes, and ensure exceptional service quality.
  • Develop and execute internal communications and marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of learning programs, ensuring alignment with branding and strategic objectives.
  • Lead planning and execution of high‑visibility learning events, coordinating vendors, speakers, production partners, stakeholder communications, risk mitigation, and event operations.
  • Provide expert consultative recommendations on learning strategies, connect learning resources across platforms, and create cohesive learner journeys that support capability development.
  • Monitor learner engagement, operational performance, and ROI metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement of learning programs and services.
  • Ensure training content meets evolving needs of learners.
  • Monitor and report on the status of various learning projects.
  • Serve as a team lead for assigned activities and deliverables.

What You’ll Do

Required Skills & Experience
  • Five years of experience planning and implementing training programs and events.
  • Proven experience working with and presenting to a broad range of levels, from early career talent to executive leadership.
  • Excellent knowledge of standard MS Office tools, MS Teams, and MS Forms.
  • Bachelor's Degree in education or a relevant field is preferred.
Nice‑to‑Have Skills
  • Experience with rapid instructional systems design (ISD) technology tools such as Camtasia or Articulate.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience working in technology with an internal client services capacity is preferred.
  • Familiarity with agile/scrum approaches to product development and delivery.
