Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a motivated Talent, Learning & Inclusion Intern to support the Global Talent team. You will assist on development projects, coordinate programs, and help create communications for employees.

You'll work closely with leaders and mentors, gain exposure to HR operations, and participate in leadership development activities as part of a year-round, part-time role. This internship offers hands-on experience in a global tech environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Required to uphold a high level of confidentiality of all work performed.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Strong initiative, interpersonal skills, and work ethic.
• Position involves basic knowledge of Human Resources functions.

Responsibilities

• Support talent management, learning, and development initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Inclusion Council on initiatives such as developing a mentorship program and creating write-ups and flyers on cultural holidays and heritage events.
• Plan, design, and develop communication and other media for employees.
• Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to design curricula.
• Help create synergies across the global talent function.
