Job summary

New Era Cap, LLC., based in Buffalo, NY, seeks a Sr. Manager, Talent Development to lead end-to-end training, performance management, and talent acquisition initiatives. This on-site role focuses on creating a welcoming employee journey from hire to growth, driving education initiatives and maintaining program ROI.

The role requires 5+ years in HR with a strong track record in training program design, leadership, and collaboration across teams within a dynamic, brand-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or relevant degree preferred.
• 7–10 years HR experience with at least 5 years designing training & development programs.
• Strong ability to lead end-to-end training initiatives and onboarding.
• Thrives in a people-oriented environment with collaborative leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead New Era's end-to-end Training & Development program from onboarding through ongoing development.
• Establish and track evaluation metrics to measure program effectiveness and ROI.
• Maintain and host regular training including management 101, anti-harassment, onboarding.
• Manage resources and budgets to ensure effective curriculum delivery.
• Oversee the annual performance review process and related training focus.
