Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training where applicable.
• Attending and completing job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership via Live Better U (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee job-related activities by building relationships with stakeholders.
• Hire, mentor, and develop associates; provide recognition and promote a sense of belonging.
• Ensure compliance with Walmart policies and support the Open Door Policy.
• Drive integrity, customer focus, and continuous improvement in daily operations.
