Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree, must be in the 4th year or above.
Basic understanding of training project management.
Strong organizational skills and self-motivated.
Responsibilities
Assist in identifying and consolidating learning needs.
Design promotional materials for training courses.
Coordinate communication with trainers and participants.
Manage training courses through the Learning Management System (LMS).
Collect training feedback and analyze effectiveness.
Edit training videos and upload to online platforms.
