Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree, must be in the 4th year or above.
• Basic understanding of training project management.
• Strong organizational skills and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and consolidating learning needs.
• Design promotional materials for training courses.
• Coordinate communication with trainers and participants.
• Manage training courses through the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Collect training feedback and analyze effectiveness.
• Edit training videos and upload to online platforms.
