Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas, headquartered in the United States, is seeking a finance-oriented intern in Fremont to support the Accounts Payable, Fixed Asset, and System Implementation areas. The role requires current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in Accounting or Finance, with exposure to core accounting concepts.

The intern will assist in reviewing employee expenses, MRO costs, asset tagging/counts, and participate in designing an RPA process to streamline finance

Qualifications

• Familiar with basic accounting concepts, formulas, and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable review and support: Employee Expenses and Travel Request review; MRO expenses review.
• Fixed Asset: Tracking existing fixed assets and new fixed asset acquisition; Tag and label fixed assets; Conduct periodic physical asset counts; Monitor and ensure completion of asset transfers and disposals.
• System Implementation support: Review and analyze robotic reports for abnormal items; Support team to design a relevant RPA (Robotic Process Automation) process to improve the team's efficiency; Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Accounting or Finance.
