• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Training may be required.
• Associates must complete all required trainings (Academy, Open Door, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop qualified associates to meet staffing needs and growth.
• Coordinate and oversee job-related activities via stakeholder relationships.
• Support plans and initiatives to meet customer and business goals.
