• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop qualified associates to meet staffing needs and growth.
• Coordinate and oversee job-related activities by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethics; support the Open Door policy.
• Provide direction and guidance on applying business processes and practices in daily operations.
