Job summary

White Barn Inn is seeking a Talent and Culture Generalist to drive learning, onboarding, and ongoing employee engagement. The role supports payroll, staffing, communications, and employee relations while maintaining compliant HR processes.

You will lead full-cycle recruitment and manage J-1 Visa partnerships, ensuring accurate records and timely offers. As part of a luxury hospitality group, you will reinforce the property’s culture and high standards, contributing to an exceptional employee

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in Talent and Culture generalist role.
• Hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and development on property, including onboarding and ongoing training to align with brand standards.
• Serve as primary contact for team members, providing guidance and timely resolution of questions.
• Maintain and improve HR processes and communications to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
• Partner with department leads on payroll, staffing, communications, and employee relations.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including posting roles, screening candidates, and extending offers.
• Liaise for J-1 Visa partnerships, ensuring accurate and timely applications.
• Maintain accurate employee records and continuously enhance processes.
• Develop and sustain team member recognition programs reinforcing culture and engagement.
