Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a HR Generalist to support The Inn at Perry Cabin’s human resources operations. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, HR administration, and engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.

The role requires 2+ years in HR with hospitality experience preferred. Knowledge of HR policies, laws, and best practices is essential, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support recruiting activities for The Inn at Perry Cabin.
• Partner with managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Post and manage job openings on platforms and the company site.
• Screen applicants, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates.
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and monitor recruiting metrics.
• Support employee relations with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Promote employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Assist with planning employee events and HR communications.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
