Job summary

Auberge Collection is seeking a Talent & Culture Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding and team member relations across the Dallas property. You will maintain accurate records, assist in culture initiatives, and help execute compliance and communication programs for all hotel departments.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of T&C or admin experience, with hospitality background, excellent discretion, and strong communication skills to engage with team members at all levels.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of T&C, recruiting, and/or administrative experience strongly preferred (hospitality experience is required).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills are required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of Team Members is required.
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information is required.
• Proficiency in HRIS or applicant tracking systems is strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation are required.

Responsibilities

• Supports recruitment across property, including job postings, interview coordination, reference checks and offer letters.
• Distributes pre-employment requirements such as background checks and new hire paperwork.
• Onboards new hires, creating team member files and profiles in the HRIS system.
• Supports T&C programs, scheduling, coordination, documentation, and facilitation as needed.
• Champions team member communications via newsletters, intranet, and announcements.
• Maintains confidential team member records and T&C files.
• Assists with status changes, updates and required documentation.
• Participates in internal audits and compliance documentation.
• Acts as first point of contact for team member inquiries via phone, email or in person.
