Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to join our dynamic hospitality team. You will support recruitment, onboarding, benefits enrollment, learning programs and employee relations while serving as a friendly ambassador within the department.

This role emphasizes confidential data handling, collaboration with internal stakeholders, and delivering an outstanding employee experience for our internal guests in a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Six months to one-year previous experience in HR or hospitality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• US work authorization required.
• Knowledge of HR databases (Workday preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, selection, onboarding, benefits enrollment, learning, and employee relations.
• Maintain confidential employee information accurately.
• Serve as the smiling ambassador of the People & Culture department.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve the employee experience.
