Madeline Hotel & Residences, Auberge Collection in Telluride is seeking a Talent & Culture Coordinator for a full-time, non-exempt role. The position focuses on administrative support across Talent & Culture, policy implementation, and proper records management in a luxury resort setting.

You will serve as the first contact for T&C inquiries, assist in training initiatives, and help ensure OSHA and Workers’ Compensation compliance while fostering an inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience providing administrative support in Talent & Culture or HR setting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of training and development principles.
• Familiarity with compliance regulations (Workers Compensation and OSHA).
• Proactive problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support across Talent & Culture.
• Assist in developing and implementing T&C policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records related to talent management.
• Serve as first point of contact for team members on T&C matters.
• Foster effective communication with team members at all levels.
• Collaborate in leading training and development initiatives.
• Coordinate and facilitate training programs to enhance skills.
• Manage compliance activities including Workers Compensation & OSHA tracking.
• Contribute to safe, inclusive workplace culture and culture-building events.
