Oz Lane Agency is a boutique influencer marketing strategy and talent management agency focused on representing digital creators across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and beyond.

We partner with creators to build long-term careers, forge brand relationships, and secure opportunities. This role supports day-to-day talent management and brand partnerships within the founder-led Talent Management team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience as a coordinator or assistant at a talent management or influencer agency preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to work remotely with a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day talent management and brand partnerships.
• Coordinate briefs, contracts, deliverables, and timelines.
• Maintain talent rosters, pitch decks, and media kits.
• Track campaigns, deadlines, and invoicing.
• Assist with gifting, events, and outreach.
• Research industry trends and opportunities.
• Support social media and agency communications.
• Collaborate with founder and management on special projects.
