Job summary

EY is seeking a Talent Communications Assistant Director to partner with EY business leaders and develop strategic communications across the Americas. You will craft content, manage timelines, and measure impact across channels including emails, intranets, websites and social media.

You will lead with AI-enabled tools, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and mentor junior staff while ensuring consistent messaging and timely delivery of high-quality communications.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required (4-year degree).
• Bachelor's degree in communications or related major, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute EY Talent Communications strategy with stakeholders.
• Draft and edit communications and secure reviews/approvals.
• Create strategic communications plans for Talent function.
• Oversee execution of large-scale communications programs.
