Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required (4-year degree).
• A bachelor’s degree with a communications or related major, or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the effective management and delivery of one or more processes, solutions and/or projects, ensuring a focus on quality and effective risk management.
• Responsible for continuous process improvement, the identification of innovative solutions through research and analysis, insight and experience of best practices.
• May manage professional employees or supervise others to deliver complex technical initiatives, with accountability for performance and results.
• Applies depth of expertise to guide others and interprets internal / external issues to recommend quality solutions.
• Meets performance objectives and metrics set locally (client service, quality and risk management, sales and business growth, solution development and teaming etc.).
• Partners with the business on a broad range of communications and engagement programs and initiatives.
• Drives communications and engagement planning, content creation and deployment, creative ideation, innovation, brand awareness and internal events.
• Creates, develops and manages scope and schedule for moderate to complex communications projects for internal and/or external audiences.
• Collaborates with the Communications Leader to develop plans designed to effectively communicate strategic objectives and initiatives.
• Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with internal project stakeholders.
• Creates strategic, targeted and impactful communications for Leadership to inform, inspire and motivate various internal and external audiences.
• Possesses relevant market insight respective to their functional practice/internal clients.
• Understands environmental factors affecting the firm, the practice, and our markets.
• Leverages AI tools to help develop and execute on deliverables, optimize workflow, and enhance quality.
• Responds to inquiries about communication deliverables for which they or team members are responsible.
• Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Recognized for their communications knowledge, insight and experience within and outside their business unit.
• Acts as project manager and directs activities functional business unit’s staff.
• Work is reviewed only for results obtained. Technical knowledge/skill may substitute for managerial responsibility.
• Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment.
• Provides feedback to other staff on the job and through formal assessments.
