Job summary

Ambrook is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator & Sourcer to build out our sourcing and coordination for technical and commercial roles. You will work with the founding recruiter, drive candidate experience from first touch to onsite, and shape our automation roadmap.

You’ll explore career pathways in RecOps, talent engineering, or advanced sourcing as the company grows, using Ashby, Zapier, and AI tools to optimize processes and scale impact.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting coordination.
• Active use of AI tools in workflow with automation experience.
• Ability to identify and engage passive talent in competitive markets.
• Understand technical roles enough to discuss them credibly with engineers.
• Experience with LinkedIn and modern platforms like Juicebox, Metaview, Wrangle, Gem, etc.
• Clear, effective written communicator who represents Ambrook's voice to candidates.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing and coordination across active pipelines.
• Run weekly outbound sourcing across technical and commercial roles.
• Hold top-of-funnel conversations and hand off to recruiters for full screens.
• Develop automations or tooling to reduce manual work and increase pipeline throughput.
• Present pipeline health and funnel data to recruiting team and managers.
