Eli Lilly and Company is seeking a talent analytics leader to own the enterprise employee listening strategy and drive science across assessment and development. You will partner with HR, analytics, and business leaders to turn listening data into actionable insights that influence leadership decisions and workforce outcomes.

The role requires strong expertise in psychometrics, validation, and AI-informed analytics, with a preference for in Indianapolis and onsite collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in industrial-organisational psychology, organisational behaviour, or related field.
• 5+ years in psychometrics, assessment/selection science, and validation methodology including adverse‑impact analyses.
• Experience owning enterprise employee listening or survey programs.
• Working knowledge of statistics and analytics methods.

Responsabilités

• Own and evolve Lilly's enterprise employee listening strategy and survey architecture.
• Lead validation and adverse‑impact analyses for assessment and selection tools.
• Conduct impact analysis linking listening, assessment, and talent data to workforce outcomes.
• Design and execute program evaluations and translate analyses into executive‑ready recommendations.
• Lead change management for new listening and analytics capabilities.
