Ladders is seeking an Associate Director of Talent Analytics & Assessment Science to lead enterprise listening and assessment efforts. You will shape leadership insights by translating data into actionable narratives while advancing AI-enabled HR analytics in a regulated, science-driven environment.

Remote - US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship. Compensation ranges from $132,000 to $193,600 annually, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in industrial-organizational psychology or related field.
• 5+ years in psychometrics, assessment science, and validation.
• Experience leading an enterprise employee listening or survey program.
• Strong knowledge of statistics and analytics for impact analysis and program evaluation.
• Experience with AI in HR and evaluating AI/ML outputs for bias and fairness.

Responsabilités

• Own and evolve the enterprise employee listening strategy.
• Define methodologies for employee listening using AI and data insights.
• Design survey architecture in collaboration with HR stakeholders.
• Translate listening outputs into actionable leadership narratives.
• Lead validation analyses for assessment tools and ensure compliance with standards.
• Conduct impact analysis linking talent data to workforce outcomes.
• Lead storytelling insights and present clear recommendations.
