Job summary

Lilly is seeking a seasoned professional in industrial-organizational psychology to own enterprise listening strategies and the science behind Lilly’s talent assessment approaches. You will oversee validation, adverse‑impact analyses, and analytics to translate listening data into actionable leadership narratives.

Remote options are considered with a strong preference for Indianapolis onsite involvement; up to 10% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in I-O psychology or closely related field.
• 5+ years in psychometrics, assessment/selection science, and validation methodology.
• Experience owning or leading enterprise employee listening or survey programs.
• Working knowledge of statistics and analytics methods for impact analysis and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the enterprise employee listening strategy and survey design.
• Lead validation and adverse-impact analyses for assessment tools.
• Conduct impact analysis linking listening and talent management to workforce outcomes.
• Lead change management for new listening and analytics capabilities.
