Job summary

EY is seeking a Talent Advanced Analytics Lead to shape and deliver the organization’s Talent Intelligence and Advanced Analytics strategy. This senior leader will drive AI innovations, data products, and executive insights to enable faster, informed decisions and business value across EY’s global talent ecosystem.

The role requires leading multidisciplinary teams, partnering with global Talent leaders, and shaping governance and adoption of responsible AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 18 to 20+ years of experience in Talent Analytics, Planning, Talent Intelligence, Data Science, AI, Copilot or related fields.
• Proven track record of delivering executive-level insights and strategic decision support.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Intelligence strategy and executive advisory to global leaders.
• Develop AI-powered talent analytics products and data platforms.
• Oversee data governance, data quality, and scalable analytics architecture.
