Dulcedo Management, a leading North American talent agency, seeks a proactive Talent Agent to build and manage a roster of influencers and talent. You will identify opportunities, negotiate sponsorships, and drive personal branding for talent across multiple platforms.

You will leverage your network in the entertainment and influencer marketing sectors, manage client relationships, and collaborate with a dynamic team to maximize commercial opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Around 3 years of B2B prospecting and sales experience with proven success in marketing, sponsorship, and events sales.
• Experience negotiating and facilitating influencer marketing processes for beneficial collaborations.
• Established connections within PR, media, and influencer marketing to build strategic partnerships.
• Strong understanding of the industry landscape and ability to identify promising talent.
• Solid knowledge of social media tools, platforms, algorithms, and analytics to grow talent visibility.
• Proficiency in red-lining contracts to protect talent interests and secure favorable terms.
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, tight deadlines, and shifting priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build authentic connections with a wide range of personalities.
• Passion for the industry and ability to work across time zones, including outside regular hours.
• Business degree in Administration, Law, Communications, or Marketing is preferred.

• Advise talents to amplify visibility and grow personal brands across platforms.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales, revenue, and retention KPIs.
• Grow revenue streams and pursue innovative opportunities.
• Lead negotiations and execution of sponsorships and brand partnerships.
• Develop tailored personal branding and social media growth strategies.
• Support onboarding of talents into the Dulcedo family.
• Collaborate with team on projects to boost talent success and partnerships.
• Attend industry events and talent meetings to build connections.
