Qualifications

• 3 years of influencer marketing experience
• Proven negotiation and deal-closing ability
• Strong network in PR, media, and influencer sectors
• Understanding of social media tools, algorithms, and analytics
• Proficiency in redlining contracts to protect talent interests
• Ability to navigate changing market conditions and deadlines
• Excellent relationship-building with diverse personalities

Responsibilities

• Identify and sign exceptional influencer talents aligned with the agency's standards
• Help talents amplify visibility and grow personal brands across platforms
• Meet and exceed monthly sales, revenue, and retention KPIs
• Cultivate revenue streams and explore new opportunities for talent rosters
• Lead sponsorships and brand partnerships negotiations for talents
• Develop brand-building strategies and social growth techniques for talents
• Onboard talents into the Dulcedo family and collaborate on projects with teams
• Attend industry events to build connections and stay ahead of trends
