Job summary

Kelly Services, Inc. seeks a Talent Advisor to lead engagement strategies and programs that develop talent, improve redeployment and retention, and maintain high quality service delivery.

You will inform talents about safety policies and updates while driving process improvements based on feedback. You will collaborate across management levels, build internal and external relationships, and demonstrate results-oriented focus in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient understanding of HR/staffing practices such as on-boarding, off-boarding, talent management, employment law, and contract language.
• Ability to actively build and maintain both internal and external business relationships.
• Results-oriented, hardworking, and have strong attention to detail in a constantly evolving environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels of management.
• Seeking minimum 2+ year of employee management, supervisory, or team lead capacity.

The hourly base pay for this position is listed below. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.

$16.83 - $24.04
