Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Bilingual Talent Advisor to support engagement, development, and performance across our Springfield, TN site. The full-time, onsite role offers $25 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule (1:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.) and occasional Saturday overtime; requires at least two years in employee management and bilingual Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in employee management, supervision, or a team lead role.
• Strong understanding of HR or staffing practices, including offboarding, talent management, and employment law.
• Ability to build and maintain effective internal and external business relationships.
• Bilingual communication skills (Spanish).

Position details
