Qualifications

• Experience with employee management or supervision.
• Proficient understanding of HR/staffing practices such as orientation, termination, payroll, coaching and advising.
• Proficient understanding of HR/staffing practices such as onboarding, off-boarding, talent management, employment law, and contract language.
• Experience using MS Office required.
• Ability to proactively build and maintain both internal and external business relationships.
• Results-oriented, hardworking, and have strong attention to detail in a constantly evolving environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels of management.
• Experience utilizing VMS platforms preferred.

Our Talent Advisor is accountable for:

• Manage and execute strategies to drive employee engagement, creativity, development, and performance

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:

• Proficient understanding of HR/staffing practices such as orientation, termination, payroll, coaching and advising
• Proficient understanding of HR/staffing practices such as on-boarding, off-boarding, talent management, employment law, and contract languagepreferred

• Ability to proactively build and maintain both internal and external business relationships

Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with preference to work an additional 8-hour shift on Thursday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

The hourly base pay for this position is listed below. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.

$16.83 - $24.04
