Job summary

Kelly is hiring a Bilingual Talent Advisor to work onsite in Springfield, TN. The role involves driving employee engagement, development, and performance while executing redeployment and retention programs. You will communicate policy updates and use feedback to improve processes.

The position requires at least two years in people management and strong HR knowledge, plus bilingual Spanish communication. Schedule is Mon–Fri, 1:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m., with some Saturday overtime.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in employee management, supervision, or a team lead role.
• Strong understanding of HR or staffing practices, including offboarding, talent management, and employment law.
• Ability to build and maintain effective internal and external relationships.
• Results-oriented, hardworking, and detail-oriented in a changing environment.
• Ability to communicate with multiple levels of management.
• Bilingual communication skills (Spanish).

• Pay: $25.00 per hour
• Location: Onsite in Springfield, TN
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.; some Saturday overtime may be required
