Position Overview

This is a Remote position requiring experience in Full Cycle Recruiting. We seek an independent, highly motivated individual capable of building strong relationships within our team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain exceptional communication and build positive relationships with multiple off-site managers.
  2. Define recruiting requirements by reviewing job descriptions, qualifications, and meeting with managers to discuss needs, organizational plans, and objectives.
  3. Source and attract applicants by posting job ads, contacting industry groups, connecting with industry schools, and accessing databases and job sites.
  4. Conduct phone interviews using reliable selection tools to filter candidates.
  5. Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and qualifications with managers and conducting phone interviews to assess suitability.
  6. Inform candidates about the job, company, and role expectations.
  7. Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  8. Coordinate hiring manager interviews, schedules, and candidate processes.
  9. Brief and debrief candidates before and after onsite interviews and job demos.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in high-volume recruiting.
  • Experience in a labor staffing or high-turnover environment is preferred.
  • Ability to understand job requirements and identify them in resumes and interactions.
  • Experience building consultative relationships with business partners and colleagues.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with diverse personalities.
  • Automotive reconditioning or collision repair experience is a plus.

The compensation for this role depends on qualifications, experience, and location, with a starting range of $60,000 - $70,000.
