At Clipboard Health, Recruiters are embedded within operational departments. Our Customer Operations department is hiring two new recruiters to support the team's growth. You will report to the Head of Worker Operations and manage hiring for roles from individual contributors to managers.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing globally across platforms like LinkedIn, YCombinator, Wellfound, etc.
  • Screen candidates using interviews, assessments, and one-way video interviews.
  • Lead candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate offers and closing with hiring managers.
  • Report on hiring metrics to managers and directors, using data to inform decisions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience recruiting for fast-growing companies.
  • Experience managing large volumes of candidates efficiently.
  • Advanced screening skills to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
  • Experience sourcing candidates across different locations.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience recruiting for Customer Operations roles (Billing, Support Agents, etc.).
  • Experience designing and improving hiring processes and assessments.
  • Experience working in a globally distributed organization.
  • Experience using Greenhouse (job setup, metrics, managing large candidate volumes).
Evaluation Metrics:
  • Impact on hiring (number of hires, quality, passthrough rates).
  • Ownership of hiring pipelines (speed, efficiency, optimization).
  • Attention to detail in communication and tool setup.
