We have partnered with one the nations largest specialty retailers for their need to add a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to their expanding team. This is a great opportunity to join a global organization that is a leader in their industry.

This person will be an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team in managing all aspects of the recruitment process including sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

This role will start out on a contract basis but has the potential for long-term conversion. Competitive salary and benefits offered. This position is remote with occasional visit to the corporate office in Houston.

Day in the Life -

• Utilize best-in-class processes to source, attract, and recruit top talent for various positions within the organization


• Provide exceptional candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive impression of the company and fostering long-term relationships with potential talent


• Deliver the highest level of customer service to the company's leadership, addressing staffing needs promptly and effectively to meet organizational objectives


• Effectively utilize all available tools and resources to support the recruitment process, including recruitment platforms, sourcing channels, and other resources to attract and engage top talent


• Work to prioritize critical job openings and high turnover departments/locations, ensuring that staffing needs are met in a timely manner to support business operations


• Consistently source high-quality candidates who align with the company's culture, values, and job requirements, providing realistic job previews to ensure candidate fit and satisfaction

Keys to Success -

• Bachelor Degree in relevant field preferred


• 2+ Years Talent acquisition, recruitment, or related roles required


• 1+ Years Experience in ATS system admin functions + administration preferred


• Recruitment tools and technologies, including applicant tracking systems and job boards


• Microsoft Office Suite


• Experience with Workday HRIS System is a plus
