Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and personnel management.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds and perform light physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Completed 90-day orientation.
• Conduct the career development and internal recruiting efforts within the organization.
• Assesses training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and manager input.
• Creates and presents onboarding, orientation, and skills training for employees and customers.
• Develops training programs to meet workers' needs and maintain/improve skills.
• Produces training manuals, guides, and course materials.
• Delivers training using discussions, lectures, simulations, and videos.
• Maintains records of training activities and assessments.
• Updates training materials as needed.
• Evaluates program effectiveness via assessments and feedback.
• Keeps up with latest training trends.
• Prepares and manages training budget and expense records.
• Performs other related duties.
