Job summary

You will partner with TA Operations, HRIT, Process Optimization, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into functional requirements, coordinate enhancements, and deliver actionable insights. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of HR tech are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years in business ops, systems analysis, or HR tech.
• Experience generating reports and analyzing data.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and presenting to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support TA tech, workflows, automation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with TA Ops, HRIT, Process Optimization, and cross-functional teams.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and translate into actionable insights.
• Develop dashboards and executive-ready presentations for stakeholders.
• Coordinate UAT, testing, and implementation readiness.
• Document requirements and improvements to TA technology platforms.
