Job summary

AbbVie’s Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Recruiter to support the Commercial organization. You will attract top talent, pre-screen candidates, and partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies for current and future openings.

You’ll manage open requisitions, utilize SmartRecruiters for tracking, and communicate market trends to leadership, while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years recruitment experience in a competitive, fast pace environment.
• Healthcare/pharmaceutical recruitment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment focused on a specific team or function.
• Attract top talent and build a strong candidate pool for openings.
• Pre-screen candidates, manage projects, source strategies with team members.
• Source and manage talent pools aligned to business priorities.
• Manage open requisitions, update SmartRecruiters, and report recruiting metrics.
• Prepare offer packages and ensure compliance with employment laws.
