Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a TA Systems & Operations Specialist to optimize Talent Acquisition technology, workflows, and reporting. You will translate business needs into functional requirements, coordinate system enhancements, and deliver data-driven insights to stakeholders.

The role focuses on analytics, automation opportunities, and continuous improvement, partnering with HRIT, TA Operations, and cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• 3+ years in operations, systems analysis, reporting, HR tech, or similar.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and lookups.
• Experience documenting requirements, workflows, and improvements.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enhancements across TA technology platforms (ServiceNow HRSD, SmartRecruiters, Workday).
• Develop and maintain recurring/ad hoc reports and dashboards.
• Analyze data trends, identify root causes, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Support workflow optimization, automation design, and testing with cross-functional teams.
