Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience in business operations, systems analysis, reporting and analytics, HR technology, process improvement, or related functions.
• Experience generating reports, analyzing operational data, identifying trends, and developing business-focused recommendations.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation, and trend analysis.
• Experience working with enterprise systems, workflow platforms, or service-management technologies.
• Experience documenting business requirements, workflows, and process improvements.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with the ability to develop clear, compelling presentations for business stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain data findings and technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and assigned deliverables while collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• TA Systems Execution & Enhancements across Talent Acquisition technology platforms (ServiceNow HRSD, SmartRecruiters, Workday) and related apps.
• Gather, document, and translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories for HRIT and technology partners.
• Maintain system enhancement requests and backlog prioritization in partnership with TA Operations leadership.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), defect tracking, implementation readiness, and post-launch validation.
• Identify opportunities to improve system functionality, user experience, workflow efficiency, and data accuracy.
• Support system integrations by documenting business requirements, investigating operational issues, and coordinating resolution with technical teams.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc operational reports using ServiceNow, Excel, and other tools; build dashboards and executive-ready presentations.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights; communicate findings to TA Operations, Operations & Innovation, and broader stakeholders.
• Document current-state and future-state workflows, business rules, and functional requirements; support automation design and validation.
• Maintain a pipeline of workflow improvements and measure outcomes; track efficiency gains and user experience improvements.
