Job summary

AbbVie seeks a Senior Recruiter to support the Business Technology Solutions organization. The role develops and executes robust recruitment strategies, sources top talent, and partners with HR and TA teams to meet business needs.

You will lead full life-cycle recruitment, build a diverse candidate slate, manage ATS, and provide guidance to hiring teams on offers and market data. Collaboration with cross-functional partners is essential and involves negotiation, data analytics, and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years full-lifecycle recruitment in a competitive, high-volume setting; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience recruiting in technology (software/hardware/AI/IT services) is highly preferred.
• Strong sourcing experience using multiple tools and methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life-cycle recruitment for one or more BTS functions.
• Identify and attract top candidates; pre-screen and present diverse slate.
• Manage applications in ATS; track metrics and activities.
• Provide consultative guidance to hiring teams and influence decisions.
• Establish business partnerships with hiring managers and leadership.
• Prepare offers and negotiate; deliver offers and finalize details.
• Communicate recruiting data and market trends to teams.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and AbbVie policies.
