Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support the Business Technology Solutions organization. You will lead full life-cycle recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and deliver competitive offers while ensuring compliance with policies and laws.

This role emphasizes data-driven decisions and tight collaboration across HR partners. Based in Irvine, CA, it requires at least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced tech environment, with 5+ years preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruitment in a competitive, high-volume environment; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience recruiting within technology (software/hardware/AI/IT) is highly preferred.
• Ability to build strong partnerships and influence leadership.
• Capable of executing complex offers and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life-cycle recruitment for one or more BTS functions.
• Identify and attract top candidates using multiple sourcing tools.
• Manage applicant status in ATS and track recruiting metrics.
• Provide consultative guidance to hiring teams and leadership.
• Establish true business partnerships with hiring managers.
