The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced Excel experience, and hands-on work with ATS and CRM

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.

• Administers and maintains recruiting systems (ATS/CRM) and dashboards.
• Supports process optimization and system enhancements for recruitment ops.
• Troubleshoots technical issues with recruiting platforms with HRIS/IT collaboration.
• Develops training materials and user guides for recruiters and HR staff.
• Generates and analyzes recruitment metrics with insights for improvement.
• Partners with vendors and internal stakeholders to implement upgrades and integrations.
• Manages system permissions, user roles, and security settings for recruitment tools.
• Collaborates with Talent Acquisition leadership to streamline workflows and enhance candidate experience.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
