Rock Creek Foundation in Silver Spring, MD, is seeking a Recruitment Assistant to support our HR and Talent Acquisition teams throughout the recruitment lifecycle. You will help source candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain applicant tracking systems.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, with strong communication skills and a customer-service orientation. This role offers hands-on experience and opportunities for growth in human resources.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in any people facing role
• Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment is a plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 3 points and access to a vehicle
